What to expect when you come in
You would have received a confirm text or phone call 24 hours before your appointment and we would have asked a few questions accessing you prior to treatment.
When you arrive at the practice, we ask you use the hand sanitizer and come in and sit down.
For social distancing reasons we encourage patients when possible to not be accompanied by anyone else to their appointment. We understand that sometimes this isn’t possible so we ask you email the practice or phone prior to your appointment with the contact details of the person who is accompanying you so we are able to accommodate them and record them for contact tracing purposes.
Needing to make an emergency appointment
Due to a higher demand at reception at this time. We ask that you email us or ring and leave a message with your preferred contact information and we will reply to you as soon as possible
